You could try updating to 4.6.3 to gain the benefits of the various revisions that have been made since 2013 and still avoid the issue from the latest version.

Took me a while to figure this out (thanks Google ), after trying partial installs, combining maps etc. Polimo, yes you can do this with GMTK, in the menu "Extra", you can change the name of the map and important, the family ID (submenu kaartnaam en ID wijzigen).
